Ash ‘tornado’ forms during bushfire
A spectacular “tornado” of ash has been filmed during a bushfire in South Australia.
Video shows the funnel of dark grey sweeping through singed land in the Yorke Valley, south of Maitland, today.
Firefighters continue to work to control the bushfire burning in the region, with a Watch and Act alert in place for residents.

It comes as Adelaide swelters through a scorching hot day, with the mercury at 36.6C just after 4pm.
Tomorrow is forecast to be even warmer with a top of 38C.
