A senior member of the Descendants bikie gang is among three men arrested on drug charges in South Australia.

Four other men have also been reported and will be summonsed to appear in court later after a joint operation involving local police, federal police and members of National Anti-Gangs Squad.

Ten properties were raided across Adelaide on Thursday night with officers seizing 168 grams of methamphetamine, 2000 ecstasy pills, 11kg of dried cannabis, 21 cannabis plants, vials of steroids, quantities of cocaine and fantasy and $145,000 in cash.

Officers also seized a number of cars, a fishing boat and motorcycles, which they will allege were the proceeds of crime.

Federal police Detective Superintendent Sandra Booth said police would continue to target organised criminal syndicates.

"Members of outlaw motorcycle gangs may believe they can operate outside the law. They cannot," she said.

Two of the men arrested were scheduled to appear in the court on Friday charged with multiple drug offences with the third man bailed to appear in court later this month.

The four men reported will face court on a date to be fixed.
