Aldi's SA expansion to bring jobs

Discount German supermarket chain Aldi is looking for staff in Adelaide ahead of its expansion into South Australia.

Aldi is offering jobs at its inner-city distribution centre, due for completion late this year, as it gears up to open as many as 50 stores from 2016.

Comment has been sought from the supermarket about how many jobs will be created.

South Australia has the highest unemployment rate in the country, sitting at 7.9 per cent in July, down from 8.2 per cent in June.
