Adelaide driver charged over fatal crash

A 26-year-old man has been charged over a fatal crash in the Adelaide Hills that claimed the life of a 61-year-old motorcyclist.
The rider collided with the car at Chain of Ponds on Thursday afternoon and died at the scene, taking South Australia's road toll for 2017 to 50.
The driver has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and driving without due care and attention and has been bailed to appear in the Mount Barker Magistrates Court on August 30.
