Accused SA murderer in court with bandage

A man who allegedly murdered another man in Adelaide has faced court with one hand wrapped in a bandage.

The 31-year-old man is accused of murdering a 52-year-old whose body was discovered at a home in Goodwood last Thursday night.

He faced Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday in handcuffs and with his right hand wrapped in a bandage.

The identities of both the accused man and the victim were suppressed by the magistrate as police continue to speak to witnesses.

A "heated argument" allegedly took place at the home more than a day before the body was discovered inside, police said last week.

Police also said the two men were known to each other, but further details remain scant.

The accused man will return to court on May 2.
