Murder charge after man's body found inside abandoned car near Townsville
Detectives have charged a man with murder after a body was found in the back seat of a car in rural Queensland.
The body of a 21-year-old man was found inside a 2003 Subaru Forester parked on Webb Road at Woodstock, south of Townsville, on December 14.
Police seized the car for forensic examination and an investigation was launched.

Homicide detectives yesterday charged a 26-year-old Gulliver man with murder.
Police will allege the man is known to the victim.
He appeared in Townsville Magistrates Court yesterday and has been remanded in custody.
He will next appear at Townsville Magistrates Court on June 13.
