Three dead after Qld multi-car smash

A man and two women are dead after a three-car crash in Queensland.

Two women, aged in their 70s and passengers in the same car, died at the scene of the Toowoomba crash on Friday evening.

The driver of the same vehicle, a man also aged in his 70s, died in hospital later.

The drivers of the other two vehicles were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
