Missing Queensland teenage boy found safe and well

An Upper Lockyer teenager who was reported missing last night has been found safe and well.

The 14-year-old boy, who suffers from a medical condition, was last seen at Pechey Street in Toowoomba at around 8.45pm. 

Police advised this afternoon the boy had been located and was safe. 

The public and the media were thanked for their assistance.
