Queensland Police have charged a second man over the execution-style shooting murder of 22-year-old Brisbane man Jei “Jack” Lee outside an Eight Mile Plains shopping centre in April 2012.

Police allege 25-year-old Hamilton man, Marko Cokara, a Bandidos associate, was there at the time of the shooting, which is believed to have been sparked by a drug dispute.

They allege Mr Cokara was also present in the getaway car following the alleged murder.

Mr Cokara was arrested by police this morning and remanded in custody. He was then charged with murder.

His arrest comes just a day after Queensland Police were given the green light to extradite another man from Serbia, who is also believed to have been involved in the murder.

Bandido member Bogdan Cuic travelled to Serbia just days after the shooting.

Police brought murder charges against Mr Cuic last year, prompting his arrest in Serbia in June.

Officers will be making their way to Serbia over the next week to assist with Mr Cuic’s extradition.

Mr Cuic will be facing charges upon arrival in Australia.
