Search under way for missing police officer in Queensland
A search is under way in Queensland's Far North for a missing police officer.
Scott Duff, 50, has been a member of the police service for more than 20 years.
He was last seen at Slipper Street in Edmonton south of Cairns at about midday yesterday wearing a grey t-shirt, shorts and a cap.

Authorities have searched the suburb today with drones and the rescue helicopter to comb bushland for any sign of him.
They are now searching for CCTV or dashcam vision near Walker Road, Timberlea Drive and Fitzmaurice Drive in Edmonton between 1pm and 4pm yesterday.
Officers are also appealing for Duff, or anyone with information about his whereabouts, to come forward.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
