Qld woman serious after domestic stabbing

A young woman has been stabbed in the chest in an alleged domestic violence incident in Townsville.
An 18-year-old man has been charged with wounding after police found him hiding in nearby bushland after running from the Kirwan home early on Sunday.
The woman, who was known to the man, is in hospital with serious life-threatening injuries.
