Qld policeman stood down over work conduct

The Queensland police service has stood down a male sergeant after he was accused of inappropriate workplace behaviour.
The 51-year-old was suspended from official duty on Friday afternoon.
"The officer is under investigation for inappropriate workplace behaviour," police said in a brief statement.

The nature of the allegations has not been revealed.
The officer worked at the Community Contact Command.
