Qld home targeted for fourth time

Queensland police have appealed for people to come forward with information and dash cam footage after a Logan home was targeted in an arson attack for the second time in a month.

Two objects were thrown through the windows of the Douglas St property just before midnight on Sunday, causing small fires.

A third was started in the external carport.

Detective Inspector Mark White said police had little information about the incident, including whether it was a targeted or random attack.

Insp. White said it was the fourth time the home had been damaged in recent weeks.

There was another fire two weeks ago and two separate graffiti attacks.

The most recent vandalism occurred in the days leading up to Sunday's fire, where the words "FU YOR DEAD" were spray painted on the front of the property.

Insp. White said police had spoken to the 33-year-old woman and six children who lived at the home, but would not disclose if there had been any incidents in the past that may have led to the attack.

Insp. White urged anyone with information to come forward and said there was "no doubt" people were withholding details.

"Someone out there will know something," he said.
