Qld toddler taken from hospital found

Police have found a two-year-old boy who was taken from a Brisbane hospital before doctors could see him.

Police won't say where the child was found, but have thanked members of the public after officers issued an urgent appeal for help to find the boy, who was said to be at significant risk.

A man and a woman who are known to the boy took him from the South Brisbane hospital before doctors could see him on Thursday night. No other details were immediately available.
