Qld man 'holds woman against her will'

A man is due to face court after he allegedly threatened and held a woman against her will at a home in Brisbane's southeast.
Police were called to a residence in Thornlands on Sunday night following reports of a man who was allegedly armed with a shotgun.
It's alleged the man had threatened a woman with the gun and was holding her against her will.

Police say the man was taken into custody without incident a short time later.
He was charged with several offences including deprivation of liberty and is due to appear in the Cleveland Magistrates Court on Monday.
