Qld boy injured after falling from bike

A young boy has suffered serious injuries after falling from a motorbike during a collision with a car in southeast Queensland.

The 10-year-old, believed to have been on the back of the bike, is expected to be airlifted to hospital.

He was conscious and breathing when paramedics arrived shortly after the crash near the intersection of Mount Lindesay Highway and Walker Road at Veresdale, near Beaudesert, about 1pm on Tuesday.
