Police warn missing Ipswich man may have rifle

A man reported missing near Ipswich may be carrying a rifle, police have warned.
Investigators are also concerned for 46-year-old David Gannon’s welfare as he has a medical condition.
Mr Gannon was last seen driving near Prenzlau, in the Lockyer Valley region, about 3am Friday.
Police believe he is driving a 1998 white Toyota Hilux with Queensland registration 061 SPW. The ute has a large toolbox attached to its tray, with a yellow plate DUF-69.
Mr Gannon is Caucasian, 168cm tall, with a solid build and short brown hair, police said in a statement.
He was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue denim shorts.
Anyone who sees Mr Gannon is urged not to approach him and should instead phone Triple Zero (000), police advised.
