Police dog missing in Regents Park

A police dog has gone missing south of Brisbane.

Police are appealing to the public for help to find locate Police Dog Bravo after he vanished from his handler's address in Regent's Park last night.

The general duties dog was last seen about 9pm while off duty.

Officers including several members of the dog squad are searching for the missing six-year-old black German Shepherd.

Members of the public are warned not to approach or try to pat the dog.
