Police concerned for missing Qld teen

Police are concerned for the welfare of a 14-year-old Queensland girl who disappeared from her Fraser Coast home two days ago and suffers a serious medical condition.

Skye Carter was last seen by her family at their Maryborough house about 12.30pm Tuesday.

She is about 160cm tall, of slim build with ear-length short black hair and brown eyes.

She was was last seen wearing black skinny jeans, red Adidas shoes and a white and black t-shirt. She may be carrying a grey and black school bag.
