Palmer excused from hearing over assets
AAP
Clive Palmer will be overseas when a Brisbane court hears his case against Queensland Nickel liquidators who are seeking to keep his assets frozen.
The businessman has been excused from attending his Brisbane Supreme Court appeal next week against the freezing of more than $500 million of his personal and business assets.
He has instead submitted his case in writing after appeal court Justice Hugh Fraser granted him leave.
