One in hospital after Brisbane bus crash

A head-on crash between two buses in inner-Brisbane has left one person in hospital and caused delays for commuters.

About 60 people were on board the buses, which collided at the intersection of Main and Stanley streets, Woolloongabba, just before 4.30pm (AEST) Monday.

A person, believed to be a bus driver, was taken to hospital with minor injuries, a Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said.

Woolloongabba bus station was temporarily closed after Monday's crash, causing delays on some routes.
