Queensland woman charged with attempted murder over alleged knife attack in Maryborough fast food restaurant

A woman has been charged with attempted murder, following an incident at a fast food restaurant north of Brisbane last night.

The 40-year-old is accused of threatening a 20-year-old woman with a knife, before trying to stab her at the restaurant in Maryborough, police said.

She will front Maryborough Magistrates Court today charged with attempted murder and enter premise with intent to commit indictable offence.
