Man surrenders after Qld hotel siege

A man at the centre of a Brisbane hotel siege has surrendered to police.
Police surrounded the Sunnybank hotel on Friday afternoon after the man barricaded himself inside a room while armed with a screwdriver.
The man, believed to be the only person inside the room, is in police custody.
