Man stabbed in face on Gold Coast

Police are hunting for two offenders after a man was stabbed in the face on the Gold Coast.
The 26-year-old was attacked at his Labrador unit in the early hours of Tuesday. He was taken to the Gold Coast University hospital in a serious condition.
Senior Sergeant Aaron Ottaway said the man was bleeding profusely when authorities were called to the scene.

A hunt is underway for two men who were seen leaving the area in a dark-coloured sedan.
"We have located a number of items and we're having a look at those to see if we can ascertain what was used to stab him in the face," Sgt Ottaway told the ABC.
