AAP
A family man has gone missing on the Gold Coast, with the only trace of him a rented ute he was driving found abandoned in a restaurant car park.
Gregory John Dufty, 37, was last seen at a home in the Gold Coast suburb of Ashmore on July 6. His rented vehicle has also been parked in the same spot since then.
"Police are concerned for his welfare as it is unusual for him not to contact his family," police said.
