Man in Qld court after security scare

A man accused of sparking a major security scare while on an apparent training mission in Brisbane's southside is set to appear in court.

Two schools and a childcare centre went into lockdown on December 2 after a Rochedale resident called police after spotting a suspicious-looking man in bushland.

The 26-year-old man will appear at Holland Park Magistrates Court on one count of public nuisance.
