Man holds up Qld shop with machete

A man wearing a mask has used a machete to hold up a sandwich shop on Brisbane's southside.

The offender, aged in his 20s, threatened the male attendant at the Springwood shop before fleeing with a sum of cash on Wednesday.

Police have released CCTV images of the man, who was wearing a red-hooded jumper with black sleeves and had a mask covering his mouth.
