Man charged over Qld stabbing murder

A man has been charged with the stabbing murder of a woman whose body was found in a house west of Brisbane.

The 46-year-old mother, who'd been stabbed multiple times, was found dead in the bedroom of her Rosewood home about 7am on Monday.

Media reports have named her as Michelle Reynolds.

A 47-year-old man who was known to the woman has been charged with murder.

He's due to face the Ipswich Magistrates Court on Tuesday.

Neighbours have told of hearing screams coming from the property.
