A disgraced Gold Coast lawyer arrested for the third time since November on drug charges will spend at least the next week behind bars.

Briana Christine Ioannides, 26, is facing several drug and property charges after being arrested during a raid on a unit at the Mantra on Broadbeach hotel on Wednesday.

Police allege they discovered drugs including ice, MDMA and GHB as well as stolen property in the unit.

It's the third time the young-gun solicitor, who police allege has links to the Finks bikie gang, has been charged following raids on her Bundall home in November and December last year.

Ioannides didn't appear during a brief mention of her matter at Southport Magistrates Court on Thursday.

Her lawyer Chris Hannay indicated he needed a week to put together a bail application for his client, who is in a show-cause situation.

Ioannides was warned she would face jail if she got herself in further trouble when she was granted bail in January.

Magistrate Gary Finger said if she reoffended Ioannides would be "on the first bus to Brisbane women's prison".

Ioannides has been remanded in custody and will return to court on February 24 for a bail application.
