Drink-driver hits police car in Qld

A woman who was allegedly drunk at the wheel has sideswiped a police car before mounting a gutter west of Brisbane.
Police have charged the 37-year-old with high-range drink driving after tests showed she had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.257 per cent.
The woman clipped the police car, which had its emergency lights on, as officers conducted a routine traffic stop in the Ipswich suburb of North Booval about 1.20am on Sunday.

The woman will face the Ipswich Magistrates Court on June 23.
