Truck removed from highway after crash

A truck has been removed from the Pacific Highway south of Brisbane after a collision in which there were fears dangerous chemicals had been spilt.

Emergency services cleared the northbound lanes of the highway near Rochedale South on Friday afternoon after it was found that no chemical containers had ruptured during the collision between two trucks.

Traffic reportedly banked up nearly 10km shortly after the crash.
