Body of Qld woman, 69, found in creek

Police have identified a woman whose body was found in a creek west of Brisbane.
The woman, 69, left her workplace at a shopping centre in Kearneys Spring in Toowoomba early on Monday, police say.
An autopsy will be carried out on Tuesday and police are appealing for information about the incident.
