Body of missing Qld swimmer found

The body of a 38-year-old man who went missing while swimming in a dam near Brisbane on Sunday has been found.

Police and the State Emergency Service were called to Logan Inlet at Wivenhoe Dam after the man failed to resurface after he jumped overboard while on a boat with two friends at 5.45am.

Police confirmed there were no suspicious circumstances and a report would be prepared for the coroner.
