Bleije rules out bid for Brough's seat
AAP
Former Queensland attorney-general Jarrod Bleijie has ruled out making a tilt at federal politics, revealing he won't contest Mal Brough's seat.
Speculation Mr Bleijie would make the move to Canberra has been mounting since the embattled Mr Brough announced on Friday he would not be contesting the next election.
Mr Bleijie scotched those rumours on Sunday, saying he'd decided not to seek pre-selection after speaking to his family and electorate.
