Bandit targets Gold Coast pub manager

A pub manager has had a weapon thrust into her back after she was targeted while leaving her Gold Coast workplace.
A bandit accosted the night manager as she left a Mermaid Beach tavern about 12.30am on Tuesday.
She was forced back inside and ordered to open a safe. The bandit, who fled with a sum of cash, remains on the run.
