Baby struck by four-wheel-drive on Queenslandd beach

A 12-month-old boy has possible head and abdominal injuries after being struck by a four wheel drive on Queesland's Sunshine Coast.
The 4WD struck the boy on soft sand at Teewah Beach, near Noosa, about 1pm today.
He was airlifted with his mother by his side to Brisbane's Lady Cilento Children's Hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.
