The 35-year-old is accused of selling first-home buyers and young families kit homes and house and land packages that were never built, offences he allegedly committed on the Gold Coast and Beenleigh between 2013 and 2015.

Nair has also been charged with two counts of breaching his bail conditions by posing as a developer on social media.

The breach of bail charges have been adjourned until May 23.
