4-year-old Qld girl found safe and well

Police have found a four-year-old girl who had gone missing from a home south of Brisbane.

Police said she was safe and well and had been reunited with her father.

A major search was launched after the girl vanished from a house at Loganlea in the early hours of Friday.

She was last seen about 2.30am.

Police began knocking on doors after she was reported missing and found her nearby on Friday morning.

She's been reunited with her relieved father.
