Police seek pair who filmed man being hit by security guard outside hotel on Mornington Peninsula

Police have appealed for a man and woman who may have filmed a man allegedly being hit by security guards outside the Portsea Hotel in June to come forward.
Kyle, 23, was kicked out of the hotel on Point Nepean Road about 8.30pm on June 12, before a fight allegedly broke out between him and four security guards.
He was hit in the face and fell on to the road unconscious, police said.
He suffered a fractured skull and a black eye in the attack.
Investigators have urged a man and woman who they believe witnessed the assault and may have filmed it to come forward.
A 27-year-old Frankston man was earlier interviewed and released pending further investigations.
