Missing 20-year-old Daleys Point woman found safe and well

Police have thanked the public for their help locating Daleys Point woman Sophie Nurse, who had not been seen since yesterday.

The 20-year-old was last seen by her family leaving her Daleys Avenue home to go for a walk.

Her family became concerned and notified police when she failed to return home and could not be contacted.

Police and her family were worried for Ms Nurse's safety as the disappearance was out of character.

At about 10.15am Ms Nurse was found safe and well near her home.
