Man arrested after woman allegedly sexually assaulted in broad daylight in Wodonga
Victorian police have arrested a man after a woman was allegedly sexually assaulted in broad daylight in the main street of a town near the NSW border.
Police were told the woman, 22, noticed someone following her as she shopped in various shops on High Street in Wodonga on September 16 about 4.30pm.
Early yesterday morning, they appealed to the public to help find a man they said could help with their investigation.

A 21-year-old Wodonga man handed himself in to police at Wodonga yesterday afternoon.
Police said he had been interviewed and was expected to be charged on summons later.
Before the arrest, police said a man on a bike sexually assaulted the woman as he went by, leaving her uninjured.
They said he was Caucasian in appearance and about 175-180 centimetres tall with a moustache.
He was wearing a black cap, black hoodie with red trim, large gold watch, black jeans with ripped knees and white Nike runners, while riding a black mountain bike.
