PM says legal advice sought on citizenship

Prime Minister Tony Abbott insists proposed laws to strip dual national terror suspects of their citizenship will be constitutionally sound.
The government was confident based on legal advice from numerous sources the legislation would minimise the risks of a High Court legal challenge.
"Does that mean that no one will bring court cases? Of course it doesn't," Mr Abbott told reporters in Canberra on Thursday.
