'Every single day we suffer': Man filmed brutally bashing two women

A young man, who was caught on camera attacking his ex-girlfriend and her friend in Perth two months ago, has been granted bail, despite admitting to the sickening assault.

Mobile footage shows a young woman running away in fear before Ryan Alexander Ball, 24, tackles and throws her to the ground before kicking her.

Ball is then seen stomping on a parked car then unleashes several sickening blows on his girlfriend, who is lying on the ground.

His next target is his girlfriend's best friend, Rhiannon Risdon, 21.

The apprentice hairdresser says she suffered a fractured back, bruising and ongoing pain - physically and mentally.

"I was going to try and call someone but that's when he came for me, I was asking him and put my hand up saying please please don't," Ms Risdon told 9News.

She said he was acting "vicious" and was "scary".

Friends said a break up between Ball and his 21-year-old girlfriend sparked the rampage.

Ball pleaded guilty to nine serious charges over the rampage, including assault occasioning bodily harm, endangering life and criminal damage.

However, he was granted bail while he awaits sentencing.

That's why Ms Risdon has taken the brave step of speaking out.

"The fact that he can be roaming around doing whatever he likes to do while everyone else is still living with the trauma from what he did that day, you know he's probably happy living his life but every single day we have to suffer from what he did," she told 9News.

Two months on, and the attack has dramatically impacted the 21-year-old's life.

She said she struggles to socialise and work.

She also said her friend, Ball's girlfriend, fractured her pelvis and suffered bruising.

"What he did that day was so horrible, he doesn't deserve to be living like a normal person," Ms Risdon said.

Ball is due back in Perth Magistrates Court ‪on June 19.
