Perth boy treated for snake bite

Paramedics have rushed a 12-year-old Perth boy to hospital after he was bitten by a snake.
A St John's Ambulance spokesman said the patient was picked up from bushland in Bullsbrook on the city's northeastern fringe on Monday afternoon and transferred via helicopter to Princess Margaret Hospital.
He said the boy was in a stable condition.
