Man dies, another in hospital after boat capsizes off Perth coast
A man has died and another is in hospital after a boat capsized off the coast of Perth.
Two men, aged 72 and 70, were pulled from the water following reports of an overturned boat near Jindalee, around 40km from the CBD, about 6.45am local time (8.45am AEDT).
The 70-year-old man was unresponsive and unable to be revived, WA Police confirmed.

The second man, 72, was taken to hospital and is being treated for hypothermia at Joondalup Health Campus.
He remains in a stable condition.
A rescue helicopter landed in Mindarie to assist in the operation.

"Efforts to recover capsized and sunken vessel [were] aborted due to current water conditions,' WA Police said in a statement.
"Water Police have sighted vessel and advised Dept. of Transport of possible shipping hazard."
