Three people have been trapped in a truck cabin after a Sydney crash. (9NEWS)
Four people have been taken to hospital after a truck overturned in a crash in Sydney's west.
The accident occurred shortly after 9.30am on Carter Street in Lidcombe when a small truck collided with a white hatchback on Carter Street in Lidcombe.

Fire and Rescue NSW officers are worked for more than an hour to free three people trapped in the truck cabin.
NSW Police said the three had suffered leg injuries but were not believed to be critically hurt.
They have now been taken to hospital along with the driver of the car.
None of them are believed to be critically injured.
