Shots fired at home in Penrith overnight

Witnesses are sought after a home was shot at overnight in Sydney's west.

At about 1.10am, police were called to Mountain View Crescent, Penrith, after reports of gunfire outside a home on Mountain View Crescent, Penrith.

Officers were told a car was seen driving away immediately after the shooting.

There were no reports of injuries.

Police are now calling for any witnesses, or anybody with dashcam footage, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
