NT teens arrested after Groote crime spree

More than a dozen teenagers are accused of running amok on Groote Eylandt, stealing a car and breaking into homes.
Northern Territory Police say 15 teenagers and a man were involved in the disturbances across the Top End island in the early hours of Monday.
The group stole one car, tried to make off with several others and also broke into homes, police say.

Eleven of the youths. aged between 13 and 17, were arrested and received a range of charges and youth diversion orders.
A 25-year-old was also charged and bailed.
They will all appear in Alyangula Magistrates Court in March.
