NT man killed in rollover near Daly River

A man has died in a single-vehicle rollover near Daly River community in the NT.

The 25-year-old was behind the wheel of a four-wheel-drive when he crashed on Daly River Road about 40km from Daly River community before 6pm on Thursday night.

Early investigations suggest he ran off the road, over-corrected and then rolled.

Detectives are on the scene and the road remains closed, with motorists advised to avoid travelling to Daly River if possible.

The NT road toll is now at four, the same as this time last year.
