Man dies after rolling car in NT

A government subcontractor has died after rolling his car at a research station south of Darwin.

The 26-year-old man, subcontracted by the Department of Primary Industry and Fisheries, crashed on the Douglas-Daly Research Station on Friday morning, police say.

Because the accident occurred on a private property it will not be counted in the road toll, which remains at 18.
